Resolved Question: pet regulation...?

i recently found out that in the city of kennewick, WA we can only have three dogs and three cats. why is this? and where exactly would i find the "rule" outlined? i have four dogs and two cats. shouldnt that be okay seeing as two of the dogs are small. one is inside all the time out only when we are and the others are out back and have an indoor part of the house they can be in. please help.... read more
